To request a FREE collection of inks please complete the form below. Once we receive your request we will email you a collection label to print off and attach to the box. Make sure to seal the box securely with tape and our courier will collect it from you within two working days.

As we use a third-party courier to make the collections, we can't specify a collection time. Couriers will make the collection between usual business hours Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm). If collecting from a residential address, please ensure somebody is available at the property between these hours.

How to return YOUR INKS
When your box is full you simply empty the inks out of your Think-Inks display box into a used cardboard box such as a shoe box, delivery box etc. ensuring all the edges of this box are securely sealed ready for shipping.

Please do not send your inks back to us in your Think-Inks display box, this is for you to keep!

If you still have one of our plain white internal boxes you can keep this inside the display box to keep your display box clean.

We are trying to reduce our carbon footprint and therefore will no longer be shipping replacement boxes. There are many ways you can reuse cardboard boxes and sending us your inks is one of those ways!
