To request a FREE collection of inks please complete the form below.

As we use a third-party courier to make the collections, we can't specify a collection time. Couriers will make the collection between usual business hours Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm). If collecting from a residential address, please ensure somebody is available at the property between these hours.

How to return YOUR INKS

When your box is full you simply empty the inks into your own box or one of our storage boxes ensuring all the edges of this box are securely sealed ready for shipping.

Please do not send your inks back to us in your Think-Inks display box, this is for you to keep!

When the box is full, decanter the inks into a used cardboard box and request a collection

Continue collecting inks ready for your next collection!
Attach provided shipping label, close & seal ready for collection

All collections are completed via a 3rd party courier and made between

We cannot change the collection time however if you have a preferred date for collection please specify below.
