Who are Think-Inks?

We are passionate about recycling and helping to protect our environment, but we also strive to help organisations raise much needed funds, both locally and nationally.

We help generate funds through the recycling of used printer inkjet cartridges. Working with volunteers, schools, charities and other organisations, we educate and encourage people to donate their used inks as opposed to putting them in the bin.

It’s estimated around 45 million inkjet cartridges are used in the UK alone each year, with less than 5% being recycled! Sadly, those that aren't recycled are ending up in landfill and our oceans. We're working to put a stop to this and provide a solution which will have a positive impact on the world we live in!

What do we do?

We encourage people to collect used inkjet cartridges to be recycled. We provide a free and easy service, arrange free collections and can collect all quantities, from a shoe-sized box to a pallet, or even a trailer.

Once the inks are collected, we process them for remanufacturing / reuse / recycle. We can either pay you or donate a value to your chosen charity for all used PRINTHEAD inkjet cartridges collected.

How do we do it?

It’s a simple process and anyone can get involved. It’s as easy as:

  1. Collect used printer inkjet cartridges in one of our BRAND-NEW DISPLAY BOXES or send them to us using our FREEPOST RECYCLE BAGS

  2. We will collect boxes of used inkjet cartridges for free

  3. All inkjet cartridges collected are processed for recycle. A value of up to £5 each is given for some used original branded inkjet cartridges!

Why do we do it?

Each year in the UK alone, millions of printer inkjet cartridges are used and thrown in the bin. Ink cartridges are made of materials which take years to decompose and is damaging to the environment.

Our waste solution is a step towards preventing printer inkjet cartridges from ending up in landfill or our oceans. Let's work together to protect our environment.
